Privacy policy

1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is the Beauty Inside project (site beauty-inside.am). For all questions about data processing, write to info@beauty-inside.am.

Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” of 18 May 2015 (ՀՕ-49-Ն) and other applicable legislation.

2. What data we receive

• Booking form data: name, e-mail address, city, phone number (optional), the service selected and the text of the message.
• Booking and consultation data: information that you provide yourself by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp or Telegram — for example, a convenient time, the address for a cosmetologist's visit, or particular features of your skin.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of request — in server logs and during anti-spam protection checks.
• Privacy settings: a cookie with your choice in the privacy banner.

The site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal data.

3. Why and on what basis

• Replying to your enquiry, booking a treatment or an online consultation, and contacting you about your booking — on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant box in the form or by starting a correspondence yourself.
• Protecting the site against abuse and spam and ensuring its technical operation — to the extent necessary for the site to work.
• Remembering your privacy settings.

4. Health information

Health information belongs to a special category of personal data. Please do not send medical documents or details about your health through the form or messengers if you can do without them. If you do provide such information, or photographs of your skin, for a consultation or a treatment, it is used only for that consultation or treatment and is not passed to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

5. Who the data may be shared with

Data is not passed to third parties for their own purposes. Technically, it may be processed by service providers without which the site cannot operate: the hosting provider, the mail service and Cloudflare Turnstile, the service that protects the form against automated submissions. The servers of these providers may be located outside the Republic of Armenia; transfer takes place within the limits permitted by law.

6. Retention periods

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to reply and to handle follow-up questions, but no longer than 12 months from the last message, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical server logs are kept for the periods set by the hosting provider.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out what data about you is being processed and obtain a copy of it;
• request that your data be corrected, blocked or deleted;
• withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
• appeal against the operator's actions to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia or to a court.

8. Age

The site is intended for adult users. If you are under 18, do not send us personal data without the involvement of your parents or legal representatives.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page; the date of the last update is shown below.
