Terms of use

1. Nature of the content

Beauty Journal articles are informational and educational. They are not a medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment prescription, and a description of a procedure in the journal does not mean that we perform it. For more, see the section “Medical information”.

The cosmetologist services listed on the “Services” page are provided by prior appointment. The price, time and place (including a home visit in Armenia or the Moscow branch) are agreed individually. The information on the site is not a public offer.

2. Copyright

The texts, structure and design of the site are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia on copyright and related rights. Quotation is permitted to the extent justified by its purpose, with the source indicated and an active link to the page of the site. Copying the content in full without written consent is prohibited.

3. Trademarks

Names of products, devices and brands belong to their respective owners and are mentioned solely for accuracy. A mention does not mean advertising, endorsement or partnership.

4. External links

The articles contain links to external sources — the websites of regulators, medical societies, scientific journals and manufacturers. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.

5. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, but medical knowledge, manufacturer instructions and regulatory rules change. The site is provided “as is”. Decisions about procedures and treatment are made by you together with a licensed specialist after an in-person consultation.

6. Feedback

By sending a message through the form or messengers, you confirm that the information does not infringe the rights of third parties. How data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

7. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
